Horseback riding under the Northern Lights
Hov Hestegård stables offer riding tours all year round. Hov is situated on the coast of Lofoten, facing north and with no mountains blocking the view, which makes it an excellent starting point for experiencing the Northern Lights. Naturally, they offer late-night rides so you can marvel at the overhead display as you ride. The riding tours take you along white beaches, past ancient Viking monuments and to a small fishing village at a leisurely pace.
